GRΣΣK

Premieres January 2011

A modern look at the ups and downs of college life, “Greek” follows the loves, trials and comedic turns of a group of sorority and fraternity members.

When Rusty (Jacob Zachar) begins at Cyprus Rhodes University, his presence forces his older sister, Casey (Spencer Grammer), to acknowledge his existence and welcome him into the Greek system. But when Rusty bucks the trend of his safer, nerdier demeanor and pledges the rambunctious Kappa Tau house, under the leadership of the hilarious slacker, Cappie (Scott Michael Foster), Casey’s seemingly perfect world starts changing in monumental ways.

This season, Casey and Cappie, now a full-time couple, navigate the treacherous world of planning their post-college lives. Rebecca (Dilshad Vadsaria) and Evan (Jake McDorman) hope to create a romantic relationship of their own, but Rebecca’s reluctance to love leaves Evan in the lurch. After Rusty beats Dale (Clark Duke) for a prestigious grant, their camaraderie is continually tested over their friendly rivalry.

A new student, Dana (guest star Martha MacIsaac), catches Rusty’s eye. However her presence soon weighs on Rusty, as he must confront his feelings for her and also the fact she is now his lab partner, as he continues his scientific research. Also, Calvin (Paul James) and Grant’s (Gregory Michael) newly public relationship begins to reshape itself.

With its realistic representation of college, from parties, friendships, love and heartbreak, “Greek” is a glimpse at the experiences during the most exciting years of a young person’s life.

“Greek” stars Spencer Grammer as Casey Cartwright, Jacob Zachar as Rusty Cartwright, Scott Michael Foster as Cappie, Amber Stevens as Ashleigh Howard, Dilshad Vadsaria as Rebecca Logan, Jake McDorman as Evan Chambers, Clark Duke as Dale, Paul James as Calvin Owens, Aaron Hill as The Beaver and Gregory Michael as Grant.

Created by Patrick Sean Smith, “Greek” is executive-produced by Piller/Segan in association with ABC Family and has been nominated for GLAAD Media Awards.
