The "Request Photo" feature of the ABCFamily medianet website allows publications/entertainment outlets, who are not members of ABCFamily medianet, to submit a request for photos and sound files (mp3 and wav) while browsing the website.

Here's How It Works:
While browsing the photography on the website click the "Add to Cart" button beneath photos you are interested in. You can select as many photos as you want. You can also view different pages and also different shows without losing the previously selected photos.
Once you have all your photos selected, click the "Download Cart Items" link at the top of any photo page. A new browser window will open with three options (links) available. Select the link that best applies:
select "I have an Account to this site." if you are already a member of ABCFamily medianet. You will be directed to a new page requesting your USERNAME and PASSWORD. For additional Help using ABCFamily medianet at this time, please refer to the Help Section which can be accessed by clicking on the Help button from ABCFamily medianet's Home page.
select "I would like to apply for a User Account." if you'd like to join ABCFamily medianet and submit a request for the photos in your Cart. You will be directed to a new page with terms, questionnaire and a form to be completed. For additional Help using ABCFamily medianet at this time, please refer to the Help Section which can be accessed by clicking on the Help button from ABCFamily medianet's Home page.
select "I am not an authorized user, but I'd like to Request Assets" if you do not want to join ABCFamily medianet but you would like to submit a request for the photos in your Cart. You will be directed to a new page with a form that will need to be completed in its entirety. See step 3 below.
For those who do not want to join ABCFamily medianet but would like to submit a request for the photos in your Cart, fill out the information in the form completely. Failure to fill out this form in its entirety will result in your request either being denied or delayed. In the Photo Usage field, clearly explain your use of the images you are requesting, TV Segment, Cover Story...etc. Make sure your email address is filled in correctly. If your email address is not correct you will not be notified if your request was approved.
Once the form is filled out you will need to check the box "I Agree to comply with the above stipulations" and then click "Agree to Terms and Submit Request " at the bottom of the form. Your request will then be sent for processing, which will be done within one business day.
After we process your request you will receive an email letting you know if your request was approved or denied. If approved, a link will be provided in the email. Click the link and a zip file containing your image(s) will download to your computer. This link will only be active for 72 hours.
